A twelve bay shop with a parts runner and a service advisor is buying a different product from a two bay shop where the owner writes every ticket. Read the reviews from shops your size and ignore the rest, because the complaints that matter to you are the ones from people doing your job.
Separate product complaints from migration complaints
A large share of one and two star reviews in this category are about data transfer: customers, vehicles and repair history that did not come across, or came across wrong. That is a real cost and it is worth knowing, but it says almost nothing about whether the software is good once you are on it.
Check what the reviewer was comparing against
A shop moving off paper rates almost anything highly, and a shop moving off a system it had used for a decade rates almost everything poorly. The useful reviews name what they left and why, and those are the ones to read twice before you decide anything.
