What this service is

Lugtorq is software for vehicle repair shops. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. The free estimate, invoice, receipt and inspection builders on this site, and the paid workspace that keeps the customers, vehicles and paperwork you save, are the whole of the service. It is not a labor time guide, a parts catalogue, a repair information database or a licensed inspection, and it does not tell you what to charge. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Lugtorq Pro, sold to businesses by Ellul Solutions Ltd, which is the legal entity you contract with and the name that appears on your card statement and your receipt. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Lugtorq charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Lugtorq never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The free tools

The free estimate, invoice, receipt and inspection builders on this site are provided as working tools for vehicle repair professionals. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter and nothing else. They do not replace your own book times, a state required written estimate or authorization, a licensed inspection, a contract reviewed by your attorney, or your own judgement about a vehicle.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. We do not warrant that an estimate, invoice or inspection produced here meets the disclosure rules of your state or the requirements of any customer, insurer or regulator; that is yours to check, and the arithmetic is only as good as the numbers you put in.
