The first 14 days are free and no card is asked for. Add a card during the trial and the first charge is on the day it ends; do not, and your workspace becomes read-only with nothing deleted. Renews monthly at the price above until you cancel. We email you before any price change. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep Pro to the end of the paid month, and your work stays exportable for 90 days after.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you buy a full shop management system instead?
If you need a parts catalog with live supplier ordering, integrated labor guides, DVI hosting, marketing automation and a phone system, buy a full shop management system and pay for it. Lugtorq is for the shop whose problem is narrower: the estimate, the repair order, the invoice and the inspection, done the same way every time, without a per bay license.
